This is a thread where you will tell why you started rp'ing in the first place and who was your major influence when you first started. We did this back in SNME. I'll start off.
I started rp'ing because my brother rp'ed in SNME before he passed away and I wanted to start rp'ing after he passed away, so I started. Once I got in to rp'ing Justin Tyger and Joey Leone took me under their wing and taught me a lot of stuff, Tyger with my Sydal character and Joey with my Lesnar character. I owe all the titles I've won and all the matches I've won to these guys and my brother, may he R.I.P.

I started RPing when I came across it one day randomly, that place was SNME. Honestly, only 3 people really helped me learn the ropes and teach me how to be a better RPer
Blake, Magnum, and Tyger

A lot of people. The Roy is probably my biggest influence out of them all, I try to make my RPs like his, not because I wanna be like him, more because he is looked upon as one of the better RPers we've seen here. And James, you are one of those people who've helped me, back when I first debuted as the Johnny Magnum character you showed support. As much as I don't like to say this, the SNME guys; Joey and Blake helped me a lot. And last and yeah, probably least; Justin Tyger. He didn't really help me with my Role Plays, more of character ideas and good stuff like that. And Jarrod!!! I'M A F'ING INFLUENCE!!!

I started replaying because my cousin Darren mack introduced to it, he helped me a lot starting up. The people who really helped me were, Roy, magmum, miss kammy, tyger, and Blake of course he showed me how to really role play. I mean a lot and he pushing me still as Scott hall. A lot of people influenced such as Shane Whelan, raven, angle. and all of the greats. They all lead me to the role player i am today. So thank guys and sydal you influenced i wanted to up to your level, I still do. Hope i didn't leave anyone out. Thanks to the guys in snme and the guys here.

I don't really know why I started to RP... I mean, I just remember I found this site and decided to join and that was it... As for my influences... well, I was really amazed by Johnny Magnum, Raven and Whelan. All I can say is that I thank Magnum, Sydal, Kammy and Donal for showing your support to me.

I'm glad I'm of influence to some people and I wish I could help out more but the only advice I have to give is to read others and use their styles to help your's.
I was influenced by everyone. Every roleplay I read, whether it was by Roy, Blake, or Joey Leone really helped give me a sense for what I should be doing. I started roleplaying as a great writer, I just didn't have a knowledge of what should be put into a roleplay. I can honestly say though that if it wasn't for Barry (Stephanie McMahon), I would not be here doing this though.
My biggest influences though are out of roleplaying. My friends and my fellow classmates helped me grow as a writer. I feel that once you know how to write properly, all you need is the creativity to make your writing unique and you'll be able to do anything you put your mind to. I don't mean to sound like an arrogant person but I think that if it weren't for my strong sense of creativity, I wouldn't be as good a roleplayer as I am.
So therefore, I can thank my life experiences (friends, work, school, etc) in general as my biggest influence because they keep me thinking creatively.

I found it back when the ProWrestling forums had its own efed. I thought it was a cool idea, thus the creation of the dirty harry character. Basically Tyger was the reason I found SNME because we met in the Good Ol' Raw chats and he always talked about SNME.

The Raw chats were long before SNME, about a year before I debuted there.. I was in WFWF in late 2005, and might have explored Holocaust and some others..

My influence was of course the man who brought me into the roleplaying world, Vince McMahon. He introduced me to the whole aspect of roleplaying and grasping the true nature of your character. Other guys who have influenced me are Ryan Beyer. We always had huge feuds in NHBWO, and because of our feuds we pushed one another. Another guy I owe some gratitude for is the original Triple H from NHBWO/SNME. Because of our immense feud, I pushed myself very hard. It is that time that most people know me for in my RPing career. As for others, I've probably given more advice and influence to other RPers rather than getting it from other RPers.
